Hit me with your wrong work place!

Local Waterstones in Canterbury publishes the legendary British singer Ian Dury's name at the wrong institution on map of artistic Kent.

Two maps in the Waterstones store across from Canterbury Cathedral advertise what happened locally historically and artistically. The picture above, left shows the artistic map. The map itself shows Ian Dury as a lecturer at Christchurch College now known as Canterbury Christchurch University.

According to the store manager: " We all contributed to the maps, and a mistakes a mistake and it will be changed". The singer started his career as an art teacher at what is now Canterbury University of Creative Arts. Dury had a class there where he met Keith Lucas and other members of the band. The king blockhead then went on to start his musical career as the lead singer of Ian Dury and The Kilburns. The University itself has a residential building named after the singer.
